Originally from Eastern North Carolina, Jack graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and lived in Atlanta for 30 years working in sales. He and Claire, his wife of 29 years, relocated in 2022 to Birmingham, AL. He enjoys golf, tennis and walking and along with Claire, who is a retired Theater Arts teacher, are fans of SEC football, ACC basketball, gardening, travel and the beach .They have 2 children, Ellis who lives in Birmingham and Charlotte who will graduate from Samford University in 2025 with a degree in nursing.
